As we continue to expand our footprint, we are on the lookout for a passionate and creative individual to spearhead the capture and development of content and stories of Unchained Leader.
As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our marketing and conversion efforts, supporting lead engagement, brand presence, and ultimately enrollments into our programs.

Salary Range: $2K-4K USD/month
Eastern Time Zone Hours
100% In-Person in Tampa/Tarpon Springs, Florida USA

JOB ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understanding the Audience:
Deep understanding of the target audience.
Researching demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor the messaging and content appropriately.
2. Capturing Candid and Structured Content:
Create engaging content: Ensure the footage captures the energy and spirit of the company to be used on social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
Graphics and animations: Add relevant graphics, captions, and animations to video content for added impact (e.g., lower thirds, titles, transitions).
Manage production logistics: Organize and manage filming schedules and locations based on the day-to-day operations of the business.
Being on call and present for structured interviews and podcasts.
Coordinate interview logistics: Work with the team to schedule interviews, prepare questions, and ensure smooth execution during filming.
Video-Audio and lighting management: Ensure high-quality audio and lighting settings for all video productions to maintain professional standards. Coming prepared with 2+ cameras for multiple angles and visual quality of the content.
Edit and produce video segments: Edit footage into high-quality marketing videos or content that can be shared on the company’s website, social media, or email campaigns.
Planning content "targets" so as to capture all items most effectively and efficiently as possible.
3. Maintaining Brand Voice and Tone:
Ensure that the written content aligns with the brand's voice and tone, adhering to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
4. Conducting Research:
This may involve researching industry trends, competitor analysis, product features, and customer feedback.
5. Content Strategy and Collaboration:
Assist the team in understanding the vision for video content and ensure alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
Content planning: Collaborate to develop a content calendar, ensuring that video production stays on track with marketing and business goals.
Adapt to company needs: Be flexible and adapt to the company’s evolving needs for different types of video content (e.g., tutorials, client testimonials, product launches).
7. Meeting Deadlines:
Must be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage their time effectively to deliver projects on schedule. They may juggle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
7. Staying Updated on Industry Trends:
Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising.
Continuously refining skills and adapting style to reflect current trends and consumer preferences.
8. Optimizing Content for Various Platforms:
Optimizing video content for specific platforms i.e. long-form vs short-form.
This involves considering the core foundation of the video structure and what would perform best natively on a certain social platform.
9. Administrative Day-To-Day Assistance:
Equipment management: Take care of video and audio equipment (e.g., cameras, mics, lights, and editing software). Ensure everything is properly maintained, charged, and ready for use.
This role may include odd side-tasks in order to assist Mason in accomplishing the day's end goal i.e. running errands, sifting through content ideas to find winners, etc.
Overall, this role is multifaceted, requiring creativity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to deliver compelling and impactful written content that resonates with the target audience.
