We recognize the challenges these addictions bring and offer a unique 90-day program designed to liberate individuals from the chains that bind them.

Our distinctive approach lies in helping individuals uncover the root causes
fueling their pornography addiction.

What sets us apart is our proven process, which has successfully guided over 2,100 men and women to embrace freedom from the clutches of unwanted desires.

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are on the lookout for a passionate and versatile individual to nurture and connect with Leads through messenger and email conversation.

As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our marketing and conversion efforts, supporting lead engagement, conversion rates, and ultimately enrollments into our programs.

  • Full-Time Position: Requires 7-9 hours per day

  • No-Cap Commission: $2K-5K+ USD/month

  • Time Zone Hours: 6pm-1am EDT

  • 100% Remote

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter. If you do not have at least 2 years experience in setting, please do not apply.

JOB ROLE &

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understanding the Audience:

  • Deep understanding of the target audience.

  • Researching demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor the messaging appropriately.

2. Understanding the Person:

  • Getting curious and asking questions to get a better understanding of where the individual is at and what they need.

  • Tailoring your messaging to ensure that concepts and directions are absorbed and understood.

3. Messenger Conversations:

  • Engaging in new conversations with Leads who recently opt-in.

  • Continuing conversations with Leads and re-engaging them back into the conversation.

  • Following-up with disengaged Leads.

4. Following Scripts & Adding Personal Touch:

  • You would be provided with "base" scripts to assist you as you get started, its important to stick to the core messaging we provide as well as adding your personal touch and expertise to the messaging.

  • Using common sense and reason to best communicate with Leads considering the individual circumstances (asking for help when unsure).

5. Guiding Prospects to Next Steps:

  • Understanding which step the individual is at and what their next steps should be.

  • Clearly communicating next steps to the individual and holding them accountable to the tasks.

6. CRM Management:

  • Updating the CRM with relevant notes and communication had.

  • Navigating through the CRM to find conversations assigned to you.

  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We have a lot of moving pieces and an acute attention to detail is required to ensure that you are providing the very best experience to the individuals you are speaking with.

7. Reporting on Activities and KPIs:

  • Accurate daily reporting on tasks accomplished and KPIs.

8. Staying Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and lead nurture.

  • Continuously refining skills and adapting to reflect current trends and consumer preferences.

9. Clear Communication:

  • Reporting to Setter Manager.

  • Asking for help when needed.

  • Sharing mistakes made.

  • Open communication about improvements we can make.

Overall, this role is multifaceted, requiring empathy, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
