As a leading name in the Sexual Addiction Recovery industry, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly proficient, experienced, and professional individual to join our team as Coach and Guide to the Men's Program Members.
At Unchained Leader, our mission is clear: we empower men and women to break free from the grip of lust, sexual, and pornography addiction.
We recognize the challenges these addictions bring and offer a unique 90-day program designed to liberate individuals from the chains that bind them.
Our distinctive approach lies in helping individuals uncover the root causes
fueling their pornography and sexual addiction.
What sets us apart is our proven process, which has successfully guided over 2,300 men and women to embrace freedom from the clutches of unwanted desires.
As we continue to expand our footprint and provide better services to our Members, we are on the lookout for a passionate and empathetic individual to support our Members through Group and 1:1 Sessions.
As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Members, helping them reach a deeper level of understanding and healing.

We are looking for an experienced Coaching Professional. If you do not have at least 3 years experience in coaching people through their journey of addiction recovery, please do not apply.
We are looking for a MALE Coach to provide support to our Men's program members. If you are female, we'll have to respectfully decline.
JOB ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Hosting Group Sessions:
Dedicating 1-2 hours per week to Group Coaching Calls hosted via Zoom
Group Calls typically have 20-35 attendees
2. Hosting 1:1 Sessions As Needed:
Members may opt to request a 1:1 time to speak with you
1:1 Sessions are not unlimited per Member (to respect your time) and typically would run for 15-30min.
3. Contributing To The Group:
As part of the position, you will be granted access to our private Facebook Community for Members and you'll be encouraged to create posts that are beneficial to our Members in the group.
Sharing your knowledge, insights, and adding value to the group.
Educating Members on Sexual Addiction, coping strategies, relapse prevention, etc.
Responding to and commenting on questions in the Facebook Group.
4. Ethical and Legal Compliance:
Adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practice, including confidentiality, informed consent, and boundaries.
5. Continuing Education:
Staying updated on the latest research, developments, and best practices in the field of sex addiction treatment through ongoing education, training, and professional development activities.
6. Clear Communication With Managers:
Documenting interactions that raise concern and communicating them with the Leadership Team for increased support and resolution.
Providing updates on individuals that have passed certain milestones or need additional support.
Providing insight for how to improve the Program Deliverables to ensure we are providing the very best for our Members.
Overall, this role is multifaceted, requiring empathy, keen observation, patience, and effective communication skills to provide the best support to our Members on their healing journey.
