We recognize the challenges these addictions bring and offer a unique 90-day program designed to liberate individuals from the chains that bind them.

Our distinctive approach lies in helping individuals uncover the root causes
fueling their pornography addiction.

As we continue to expand our footprint, we are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Sales Representative that can represent our brand, connect with and vet prospects, and ultimately helping people with the decision to start their journey towards permanent freedom.

As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our marketing and conversion efforts, supporting lead engagement, conversion rates, and ultimately enrollments into our programs.

We are looking for an experienced MALE Sales Closer. If you do not have at least 2 years experience in closing, please do not apply. If you are female, we'll have to respectfully decline your Application.

JOB ROLE &

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understanding the Audience:

  • Deep understanding of the target audience.

  • Understanding the sales journey so that you know what leads have gone through and experienced and where they're currently at.

2. Hosting Interview Calls:

  • Hosting 1:1 Calls through Zoom with prospective members in a competent and professional manner.

  • Having directed conversation with prospects and creating a safe space for openness and sharing.

  • Adhering to brand guidelines (i.e. no hard-selling)

  • Using empathy and interpersonal skills to determine the prospect's eligibility to enroll into our programs.

  • Enrolling new members into our programs (i.e. Onboarding Agreement, Welcome Email, Onboarding Call scheduled, etc.)

3. Post-Call Follow-Ups

  • Staying on top of your leads pipeline and checking in with prospects regularly.

    • Setting tasks for yourself in our CRM to touch base with leads at dedicated times, staying organized and on top of your tasks.

  • Assisting prospects through the Scholarship Application process (if a Scholarship is the best solution for the prospect).

4. Call Reporting:

  • Reporting on every call booked on your calendar and staying on top of KPIs.

  • Reporting to Managers and Marketing regarding lead quality, most frequent objections, and overall experience.

5. Communication with Managers:

  • Reporting on any issues or 1% improvements to be made.

  • Contributing to the growth and development of our Sales Team and processes.

Overall, this role is multifaceted, requiring high sales experience, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to deliver an impressionable experience for prospects.
