As we continue to expand our footprint and grow the Sales Team, we are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Sales Manager that can represent our brand, connect with our Sales Team, holding them accountable and providing space for coaching and improvement.
As the ideal candidate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our sales and conversion efforts, supporting lead engagement, conversion rates, and ultimately enrollments into our programs.

We are looking for an experienced MALE Closer Manager.
If you do not have at least 3 years experience in sales management, please do not apply.

JOB ROLE &
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Understanding the Audience:
Deep understanding of the target audience.
Understanding the sales journey so that you know what leads have gone through and experienced and where they're currently at.
Understanding the deep needs of the audience and how to guide them towards light and truth.
2. Understanding our Processes:
Deep understanding of the expectations on Closers and what the role entails.
Understanding the SOPs and processes we follow in order to keep the team running smoothly.
Providing feedback and improvements on processes so we can continue to grow and scale.
3. Closer Vetting, Hiring, and Onboarding:
Understanding the Avatar for a successful and impactful Closer for our brand, and seeking out these individuals through your network and hiring platforms.
Posting jobs on Indeed, LinkedIn, etc. and reviewing Applications to set up 1st and 2nd Interviews.
Hosting the 1st Interview with Closer prospects via Zoom, deciding who will pass through to the 2nd Interview
2nd Interview is hosted by you and the Chief Operations Officer for final decision on hiring.
Closer Onboarding
Going through the steps to set up a Closer's accounts in Zoom, Slack, etc.
Onboarding the new Closer into the Closer Training
Getting the Closer setup and acclimated to go live for their first calls
Continuing to improve and build upon our current Closer Training and onboarding processes.
4. Calendar Management
Staying on top of the Calendars and the availability and fill rates.
Ensuring that Closers are sticking to the hours they set. Updating hours and trackers as needed.
Approving and managing time off requests.
Auditing and verifying the data coming into the Calendar Tracker and reporting results to Managers.
5. Closer Management:
Reviewing and auditing call recordings to ensure the brand is represented and to assist Closers on 1% improvements.
Reviewing and auditing End Of Call reports, ensuring that activity reported is accurate with the activity that actually happened.
Verifying payments coming in, justifying numbers.
Ensuring a tidy backend in terms of communication, reporting, organization, meetings, etc.
Reviewing Closer KPIs and communicating to Managers on outstanding members or underperforming members.
Staying connected with Closers to make sure they're all in a good headspace and ready for the tasks ahead.
Staying on top of the enrollment and onboarding process, making sure Closers are closing the loop with their members with the onboarding items they need to complete enrollment.
Being present to Closers in Slack for questions in the day-to-day.
6. Communication and Collaboration with Managers:
Reporting on any issues or 1% improvements to be made.
Contributing to the growth and development of our Sales Team and processes.
7. Knowledge to Navigate Tech:
You must be able to find your way around and be proficient in the following platforms that we use on a daily basis.

GSuite (docs, sheets)
Notion
Overall, this role is multifaceted, requiring high organization, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to deliver sustainable growth for the Sales Team.
