We are looking for an experienced Ads Manager. If you do not have at least 2 years experience in running paid ads for Facebook, YouTube, and Google Search, please do not apply.

JOB ROLE &

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Research and Understanding the Audience:

  • Deep understanding of the target audience.

  • Researching demographics, preferences, and behaviors to tailor the ads appropriately.

  • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms and phrases for Google Search ads.

    • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and keyword targeting to improve ad relevance and quality score, thereby reducing cost per click (CPC) and improving ad placement.

2. Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives and target audience.

  • Conduct thorough research to identify target demographics, keywords, and audience segments for each platform.

  • Create campaign structures, ad sets, and ad creatives tailored to specific marketing goals and audience preferences.

3. Platform Management:

  • Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), and YouTube Ads.

  • Monitor ad performance metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

  • Adjust targeting, bidding, and ad placements based on performance data to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.

4. Budget Management:

  • Set and manage advertising budgets across different campaigns and platforms to optimize spending and achieve maximum ROI.

  • Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids and spending as needed to ensure campaigns stay within budget while maximizing performance.

5. Performance and Analysis Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to track key metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for optimization.

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and other team members, to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

6. Conversion Tracking and Optimization:

  • Implement conversion tracking mechanisms, such as Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics, to track user actions and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

  • Optimize conversion pathways, landing pages, and user experience to increase conversion rates and drive desired actions (e.g., sign-ups, purchases, inquiries).

7. Staying Updated on Industry Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and algorithm updates for each advertising platform.

  • Experiment with new ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.

8. Compliance and Ad Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies, guidelines, and advertising regulations.

  • Stay informed about changes to ad policies and proactively update campaigns to maintain compliance and avoid ad disapproval or account suspension.

9. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and creative teams, to align advertising strategies with overall business objectives and messaging.

  • Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
